Q. Do you provide safety mats?
A. Yes, safety mats are provided with all of our bouncy castles and inflatable items, where appropriate.
Q. How many children are allowed on at once?
A. This depends on the size of the castle or inflatable hired and the age range of the children using it. Please contact us for further assistance.
Q. What happens if it is raining?
A. Most of our castles have built in shower covers, so can still be used in the rain. However, bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain, for safety reasons. If the weather is so bad that it's not practical to use, we will contact you on the day, prior to delivery, to discuss other arrangements. This could include cancellation or an alternative date.
Q. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
A. With a very slight slope this may be possible, however common sense should prevail when booking. It is wise to contact us to discuss, so that we can talk through the options.
Q. How long does it take to inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
A. The bouncy castle takes approximately 15 minutes to set up, and 20 minutes to take down. However, this is only an estimate and it depends on the type/size of castle hired.
Q. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
A. You can book anytime, however, we do get very busy, so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
